Complete remodels are typically multi-month projects. When we collaborate throughout the project planning stage, we estimate total time to completion and key milestones. Project timelines are custom per scope.

Payment terms are generally done progressively throughout the project. Long lead time and high dollar materials will be paid for in advance, labor is always paid progressively or after completion of work.

Our projects are all performed by a carefully selected and vetted group of Race Construction subcontractors. These subcontractors have been working with us on several projects, know how we operate, are able to meet deadlines, and know what the expectations are.
