Originally a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom residence with an uninhabitable guest house at the rear, we invested around $35,000 to overhaul the guest house. This encompassed siding and window replacements, HVAC installation, a complete kitchen transformation including cabinets, countertops, appliances, as well as updates to doors, trim, paint, and flooring throughout.

The result: an additional 800 square feet, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen to the home.
